Refund Policy

Template — review with legal counsel before going live.

Digital content

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly agree that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

When we refund

If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, contact support with your order number. Refunds are paid back through the original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Access granted by the refunded order ends: downloads and premium features are no longer available and license codes from the order are invalidated.
